ARTICLE 1 - SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery in Belgium and France : up to 5 working days maximum. It costs €2, unless your order exceeds €50, in which case standard delivery is free.

Standard delivery in the European Union : up to 22 working days. It costs €5, unless your order exceeds €120, in which case you benefit from free express delivery .

Express delivery within the EU (UPS/DHL) : maximum 3 working days. It costs €10, unless your order exceeds €120, in which case it is free .

ARTICLE 2 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you can request a refund. Simply return the used product(s) via UPS or DHL to the following address:

Only one refund is allowed per person.

ARTICLE 4 - LOCAL DELIVERY

When checking out, enter your address and select the delivery option. Click the "Continue to Delivery" button.

Local delivery is only available for addresses in France via Mondial Relay .

If the local delivery option does not appear, your order is not eligible for this method.

ARTICLE 5 - MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

No changes or cancellations are possible once payment has been made.

ARTICLE 6 - ORDER TRACKING

After your online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking link within 2 business days .

ARTICLE 7 - LOST PACKAGE

In the event of a lost package, we will contact the relevant carrier and ensure that you receive your order, even if this means a new shipment .

ARTICLE 9 - IMPORTANT NOTES

Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

An order placed on a Saturday will be processed and shipped the following Monday .

In the event of potential delays due to high demand or seasonal challenges, we will communicate via our website and during checkout.

If a product is out of stock , we will notify you and offer you either a refund, a replacement, or a new delivery time estimate.
