Apply a dose/pressure of 0.250 ml of SHINE to the irritated and/or itchy skin area. This quantity is sufficient to cover approximately 5x10 cm of skin surface.

If necessary, you can increase up to 6 doses (i.e. 1.5 ml) per application. You can repeat the application twice a day for maximum relief.

In more severe cases, you can use up to 10 doses per application for intensive soothing.
